Hi, I’m Sue Mildrum,

I’m retired from a 30-year career in technology. I started as a software developer and finished as VP of Engineering at a publicly traded SaaS company.

Technology and business are interesting but I find people, teamwork and mentoring fascinating. I’ll share some of my experiences and lessons with the goal of helping others navigate their careers.

I’m constantly reading and will share books that have had an impact on me.

On a more personal note, I grew up in Strong, Maine a very small lumbering town. Like most Americans, I have a complicated heritage: I’m half-German and am registered with the Bureau of Indian Affairs as Choctaw.
